Our policy on installing a new shingle roof is to ensure that our customers are really getting what they are paying for in workmanship and materials.

When obtaining an estimate, you should not have to request references or copies of liability insurance and workmen's compensation insurance - these items should be included with your roof estimate. Also, such items as Winterguard ice and water barrier and ventilation should be included in the cost of a new roof and not as an additional charge, as these materials are standard procedure for a quality roof job and are required for the shingle warranty.
